Bill Cosby’s “Call Out” Program Presented by MCC-Penn Valley
This was a national tour discussing the “in your face” issues that are dwelling in the lives of urban families.
VCS was responsible for:
- Creating marketing collaterals (Billboards, Print and Fliers)
- Developed the event’s public relations strategy
- Provided consulting on the advertising/media mix
